Little bubbles

I was wondering if these little bubbles coming out of my magnum 350 in my 20g reef tank is a bad thing? This same setup was a fish only tank and i had no problems with these thousands of little bubbles, now that i upgraded my lighting and have gained a lot more knowledge about salt water fish, i decided to change it to a nano reef.
Will these lil bubbles do any harm? I tried to fix the problem but i cant....if i could fix it i would. The bubbles are occuring because my magnum is sucking air because it is located at the same level of the tank.
(I have a tank on tank setup)
thanks for any comments

Bubble are not good to have in a sw, not only does it encourage salt creep it does something to the fish's gills, cannot remember what it does. You can check in the new hobby forum and there have been some threads on this topic.
