Little critter on my glass.

I was cleaning the glass on my tank today and I know I have some copepods, amphipods, or isopods (maybe all three, I dunno). I know this because I have tiny white specs that look like grains of sand on my back glass that move around. However, I was cleaning my front glass today because I had let some algae build up on there and I discovered this little guy. His suction to the glass and the way he's eating anatomically looks like the bottom of a snail, but I'm not sure what he is. I think I've seen a pic of one on here before, but I don't remember what it's called. Maybe it's one of the aforementioned "(insert name here) - pods"? He's got little antennae and is oval shaped with little serrated ridges around the whole oval shape.

Yeah, they're harmless unless it has a hole in the middle of it. Then it's a "keyhole" limpet. They are bad.
If it is, do a search on keyhole limpets.
