Little Critters in my nano tank

I set up my 13 gallon nano tank with 30lb of Fiji live sand and its been 3 weeks . I see hundreds of creatures crawling on the wall of the tank and some creatures with tentacles sticking on the wall . What is it ???

if they look like bugs there copepods (mostly likely)
do a search in the search bar. lots of stuff on them. most are good but some are bad

i dont think i can take pic of it since its too small ...
well , is it common to have hundreds of copepods crawling on the tank ?
I see 5 creatures with some tentacles moving and i don't know what is it : /

ya i have tons of them all over.
