little help w/lighting please

I have a 18gal. w/pc's. I'm transfering the corals out of the 18 gal. to my 150. The tank is 6ft long. I have on it dual 96 watt pc's 4ft. long, 2-dual strip t5's 3ft. long, and 2-dual strip t6's 3ft. long. Is this enough light for my hammer, frogspawn, and dersa clam? The rest is just leathers, mushrooms, and polyps. I have heard the t5's and t6's have more light output than pc's. I don't understand that because its less watts per gallon. Any info much appreciated. Thanks

I'd worry a bit about the derasa clam. The rest of the stuff you can put up near the top and probably be okay.
I've been thinking of picking up a Derasa for my tank. Have you had good luck with yours?
