little help with diy sump

I'm designing a sump for my 155 bf. I will have a dsb (120 lbs right?), 100 lbs of l/r, and I'm thinking a berlin turbo xl skimmer. I will heat it with 2 200w heaters. This is going to be a fowlr tank.
Can I use a 4 5" bio wheels to help the system?
Do I use mechanical filtration before bio?
Do I need any of this?
How about a refugium?

AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE LIVE ROCK IN THERE, THEN THATS ALL THE BIO FILTRATION THAT YOU NEED. AS FAR AS A REFUGIUM, IF YOU USE ONE THEN DUMP THE SKIMMER. A REFUGIUM DEFEATS THE SKIMMERS PURPOSE.
