Hello everyone. I have a couple questions that I hope you can answer for me. What would be the optimal level of salinity to keep a coral banded shrimp and a cleaner shrimp? My tank is running at 1.022 - 1.023 is that ok? Could a cleaner shrimp and a coral banded be kept together? Would it be safe for the cleaner or would he be in any danger from the coral banded? What would be a good balanced diet that I can prepare for my juvenile queen angle, or that I can buy?

oh man, i really hope that the angels not in a 10. but as stated above you might have problems with your shrimp too. if you had your cleaner first you MIGHT be ok. but you might end up with a dead cleaner shrimp. alot of it depends on the CBS, some of them are jerks, some are not. i just wanted to say again that an angel in a 10 gallon tank is not going to work at all.

Sorry about the late response but I have been away from my computer. Yes, I do have an angel in my 10 gal tank. He is a cute little 1-inch angel that my brother caught for me along with a number of other beautiful fish, which I gave away to my cousin who has a large tank. I am not sure what type it is. It is either a juvenile Townsend or a juvenile Queen angel. My brother also caught for me a juvenile French angel, which I gave to my cousin. My angel seems to be a very picky eater. He will not touch frozen brine shrimp, he barely eats his frozen angel formula he doesn’t seem to like the algae sheets I purchased for him, but he is always picking at my live rocks, he loves to eat lettuce that I place in my tank and he really loves to pick at the tubes of the feather dusters that my brother caught for me. I am going to try live brine shrimp soon. When my brother gets his large tank I will transfer the angel to that tank. He seems to be loosing color. Can any of you suggest some food that I should try? The only fish in the tank at the time is the angel and the tiny ¼ inch purple and yellow fish seen on the right side of the picture (which my brother caught along with the coral banded shrimp).
