Little Red Flatworm Infestation

To All
My 30 gallon tank has a bunch of little red flatworms crawling all over everthing - my firefish, yellow watchman goby, hermits, and snails are doing fine but the worms aren't very pleasing to the eye.
What did I do wrong in the first place to have the outbreak?
What can I do now to get rid of them?

I believe that a sixline would do the trick....Have also heard of people using flatworm exit...I have never tried myself though.
