Little white bugs in my tank!

I have small white bugs that I can see on the glass of my tank. They look like tiny worms. Does anyone know what they are? Also, is it good to have them in my tank?

there are many different types of little bugs you could have. a picture would be helpful!!

the bugs are so small, it would almost be impossible to take a clear picture of.

Did u add any new rock? Its probably pods that will eventually die off.

Yes, I added new rocks to my tank two weeks ago.

look up Scuds... they are not bugs, they are crustations and they are VERY good for your tank... it just shows that your tank is turning into a natual environment...
When i first saw them. I freaked out too, but then called someone to told me that they are actually good in your tank.
