Little white bugs

I was looking in my tank today and noticed very small white bugs on the glass. I had heard that there is some litle white bugs that appear when water conditions are good. Mine are not. NH4= .25, NO3 = 10, No2 = 0. (tank is going through a mini-cycle ore re-cycle due to the addition of live rock). This makes me think it is something else. Anyone know what they are?

probably jsut pods which came on the rock, yes they will thrive in better water conditions, but may exist in lesser too, they do help to do the clean up work also
