Little white bugs??

There are these teeny little white bugs crawling around on the glass and swimming around. They are about the size of a a grain of sugar, maybe even smaller.. What are these and what should I do about it???

more than likely they are just a type of copeopod, and are of no harm whatsoever.....i would leave them and not worry about it!
