Little white swimming things...

Hey, I just noticed I have a bunch of little white things swimming around in my tank. They seem to cling to the glass and I'm not sure what they are. They are the size of a small pin (lice) and under a magnifying glass I have they appear to have two little tails hanging off the back of them in a V shape. Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them? Hopefully there's some sort of fish that feeds off them or something. Looks like they could get out of control fast. They swim very fast for their size. Tank is a 70 gal reef with 25 gal refugium below. All my water parameters are good and I just added about 10 lbs of live rock to my already 100 lbs and I'm guessing that's how they made it in my tank. Thanks a million,

Pods. They're completely harmless and are actually a good thing. A lot of fish like to eat them. :)
