Live Brine Shrimp

LFS suggested I feed my new percs live brine shrimp. Just got them yesterday within minutes after they were fed. Am going to have to pickup some live brine tomorrow to try to feed them for the first time. Can I buy live brine at the LFS, and if so, how do I keep it alive? Obviously if I buy it tomorrow it will still be alive tomorrow to feed, but I know there has to be an easier way to feed them besides going to the store every feeding day :) .. I know it's a newb question.
Thanks again!

Clowns will accept almost any frozen foods. They do not neccesarily need live foods. Also live brine doesn't have the nutrition that your fish needs. Try buying some frozen such as mysis shrimp, marine cuisine, emerald entree, and vitamin enriched brine. See if your clowns will accept these foods. I'm sure they will.

i got kent's Zoe which i soak the brine shrimp in to add some nutrition... i also keep the brine shrimp in the refrigerator with the lid off... at least 2/3 survive for a week.

Really, in the fridge?
I get some and try to use it in 2 days before it dies.
I need to try this. Thanks!

Live brine lose a lot of their nutritional value after about 24 hours from being hatched. You can probably buy a live brine hatch kit at your lfs for around $10 bucks with a couple packets of eggs. You just cut off the bottom of 2 liter pop bottle attach it, add tank water, add the eggs and let it go for about 48 hours by any light, like a lamp. The newly hatched brine should then be strained because the water will be high in nitrates, then you just feed them to the tank. HTH
