Live Rock and Live Sand?

I'm definitely going to invest in live rock and live sand in the new 75 gallon reef I'm planning. Question: How much of each would be recommended for a reef system? I have experience with fish only, but I'm not sure if more is better concerning a reef tank. Also...have any of you had any good experiences with online companies concerning LR and LS? I've bought from a few places online before and haven't been that impressed with the quality. Just wondering if any of you had recommendations on a place with good quality and price. And I understand that you can't post the site, but if you give me your email address, I'll be glad to ask you personally or vice versa. Thanks so much!!

For a 75 gallon tank, I would recommend at least 75 pounds of live rock, but I would go with 100 pounds. I have bought 75 pounds of live rock from this website, and it has all been wonderful. No problems, full of life, great price.
As far as sand...I have 50 pounds in my 30 gallon high tank (base is 24" x 12") which makes about a 4 inch DSB. Follow this link to see how much sand it will take to fill your tank according to how deep of a sandbed you want: www.purearagonite.com/SandBed.html

They always say a certain amount for rock but you have to figure in that not all rock way the same. I have a piece that ways about 10 lbs and is about 16"x8"x8" and that just about takes up half of my 55 gal. I would chose and pick your rock.
