my new tank is 10 days into the cycle. i puchased some live rock from my lfs that wsn't cured, he said it didn't matter since i was cycling my tank. are my readings normal for this stage of the cycle.

amonia 5.0
nitrates 10
alk normal
nitrites 0.2
my amonia seems a little high, would this be because of the live rock. my tank is 125, i added 100lbs. of lr. bascially the tonga branch type. should i do any water changes, i was under the impression i wasn't to do water changes until the tank had cycled.
