live rock help....

ok so i bought a 29 gallon biocube made a stand .now im ready to fill it but here where i need help...i ordered 45 lbs live rock off web site even tho im not setting tank up til saturday. i had to cuz they only shipped certain days and i needed it this weekend.so it supposed to arrive on thursday.is it ok to throw it in bucket with ro water and salt and heater til saturday or is there something else i need to do thanks

If it's in saltwater and good temp it's fine u know u have to let it cure for lil bit

All you need is saltwater and power head for circulation, temps don't matter as long as it doesn't freeze.

No reason to say sorry....you did NOTHING wrong. It is easy to assume that temps would matter..it does for everything else saltwater, even getting the salt to mix.

Flower i tend to disagree with you on this one. for the rock sake temp doesnt matter much as long as you dont freeze it or bake it. but you never know what kind of hitchhikers you might get with the rock. so in my opion you would want to keep the rock the same temp as what your tank will be.
