What type of lighting does live rock do best in?

live rock, itself doesn't need light, it's the things on it that do, such as coraline algae for instance, pretty much anything should work, allthough i'd say at least PC

I just started this tank, it has been a long time since I have had a salt water tank. All I have are the stock flourecent lights that came with the tank.
