Live rock rubble/fuge/chaeto questions

I'll soon have a 12 gallon jbj nanno. I got a modded version which includes a fuge light. So i'll be growing chaeto in it. What i want to know is how much to add, which chamber it goes into, and does anything go in the chamber with it? How much live rock, and what kind of rock makes the best rubble for putting in the filter?, also which chamber and how much live rock should be used?

I would just put the chaeto in the first chamber. I believe that one has the most flow and chaeto likes flow. the second chamber just fill up with golf ball size rumble. the kind of rock doesnt matter as long as its a good quality live rock.
