I am about to purchase some Live Rock
and my tank had copper in it but I am using cuprisorb in the tank, So my question is will the copper or whats left of the copper kill the live rock?
Please answer back fast got a great deal on hold with the Rock..

So I need to pick up a copper test kit and make sure I have no trace of copper BEFORE I put any live rock in my tank.

From what i hear getting copper out of a tank is nearly impossible, as even trace amounts will kill inverts. You may want to consider just getting a new tank before you put alot of money into the one you currently have, just to be on the safe side.

I'm not trying to have inverts in my tank I just want a FOLR tank, So back to the same question will the Live rock die if there are still traces of Copper in my tank?
And by the way I used CopperSafe about 5 months ago like an idiot and have had trouble keeping snails and one choc chip star, is that stuff copper or not?
I am getting ready to start my tank over again and was wondering about the Rock and LS so anyone could help that would be great....
