what exactly is live rock? the stuff is so cool but i heard stuff like crabs and feather dusters exedra lcome in it when you buy it some times. but anyone tell me what came in there live rock and whats good or bad?:notsure:

Live Rock (LR) is a rock teeming with life such as algae, sometimes anenomes, worms, ive found sponges, well any way its a great natural filter. and nice looking.
Well the stuff you have to watch out for is bristle worms, feather stars, predatory stars, and mantis shrimps. Oh yeah and other stuff that cant survive in your tank!
