i heard people say that they are gonna start the curing process for their lr what does that mean?

curing is basically getting rid of any die off achieved in transport, the die offgrows bacteria, which will eat the dead stuff, and start to regrow, this can be done hand in hand with cycling a new, unstocked tank, because the process is done the same, and this will elevate your ammonia as well, thus starting your cycle
