Can I add Live Rock AFTER my tank is cycled? And also, how many pounds, in gerneral, is an average sized rock?
Oh, and also how do I clean that LS that is dry kind after its in my tank... do I sipon or just leave it alone?

yes, you can add lr after your system has cycled,
if you have no fish or inverts, no problem whatsoever, because you will go through another ammonia spike which can kill fish and inverts, if you do have livestock,
add only well cured lr, either buy locally cured or cure it yourself before adding to the tank, and only add smaller amounts
as far as the size, it varies greatly, i have pieces ranging in size from @ 1.5 lbs up to and including 29 lbs, they are available in larger sizes too, we also have smaller pieces in our tank too
