live rock?

I have a 27g eclips (sp)that been up for a couple of weeks all water parameters are perfect and 3# of lr.
the tank inhabitants are:
6 damsels (which im getting rid of)
2hermits
1 turbo snail
1 rock with mushroums on it
i was thinking of getting 20 to 30# of cured live rock 4 turbos 8 blue leg hermits 1 cleaner shrimp 1 six line wrasse 1 percula 1pepermint shrimp,1camel shrimp,a couple of green cromis, and a bicolor angle all from a site that SHIPS TO CANADA and want to know is when i receive the live rock do i need to cure it in a garbage can and i dont have a power head and is their another way to get water movement?
if i think of anything else i'll post it

Try ******* .com i ordered some of the tonga slab from them and it looked great. had lots of extra life forms - no bristle worms - and almost 100% coraline and macro coverage. they shipped it to me free of charge in the US, but i wouldnt know about CA. Since they use FedEX, i dont see why it would be a problem. One word of caution, go slow: dont just throw all that stuff in your tank, the liverock will cause an ammonia spike. Give the bioload time to adjust. the tank will need to cycle thru before it will be safe to introduce new fish. :p ******* liverock page

@knight....owners of the board prefer we NOT list competitors sites.......kind of don't want to offer free space to the competition.......use e-mail if ya wanna do that stuff.....then we keep the owners happy....gr8 to have ya around though
