Live Rock

I just got some Live Rock from Saltwaterfish.com and was wondering if i can add it to my established fish tank or should I cure it. I have read diiferant things on the web.

I would place it in either a bucket or a tub depending on how much you got. Add a powerhead and a heater for a couple of days to make sure the water levels are good before placing into your main tank. This also alows you to see some of the hitchhickers sometime before thy make it into your tank. Depending on the shipping time a day or two shold be good.
