Live Rock

I'm adding some live rock. It's been curing for about 3 weeks. I just tested water everything was 0 except for nitrates which was around 20 which coincidentaly is what it is my DT. Is it cured or should I wait longer before adding it.

It's cured!! ..you can add it now and if you would like you can do a water change after so that you get some of those trates down..but 20 nitrates is not something to really worry about but it will be ideal if you can get them lower, that's where the water change comes in...
