Live rock...

I am removing all softys from my SPS dominated tank, so I have a piece of live rock (about 15 lbs.) for sale. It is covered with Green Hairy mushrooms (around 30-35) I could frag the rock but that is a pain willing to take $100.+ shipping . The rock alone is worth that easily.
