hi guys im new to saltwater , i put 45kilos of live rock into my tank yesturday . im thinking of waiting about 2 weeks b4 i put some coral and fish in what do u think?

You measure by water tests, not time. Get a good test kit and make sure all is cycled...THEN wait the two weeks if you like.

im testing the water for salinity nitrites ph and ammonia , ive got a eheim classic external filter and a v2s600 skimmer 2 power heads !, the tank is 450lts .
