No it is not a good idea.:nope:
You would wind up still trying to vaccum the crushed coral and then you might break into the sand bed which will sit underneath and if it has built up any anoxic regions then your tank could be in peral and you don't want that.
The mix would also work against each other, the crushed coral would still trap detritus and the sandbed would not have the water flow that it need to process the detritus.
