Natures Ocean live sand states on the bag instant cycling has anyone tried putting fish in right away? Tested water and all is good. If that is the case man that would save waiting time.

I would give it a few days...I am VERY hesitant to trust things that come out of a bag as being "live".
What I did in the past was added cured live sand and cured live rock to avoid a cycle. We did this with out 29 gallon and were able to add fish within 3 or 4 days...if you go this route...make sure that you TEST your water daily (ghost feed the tank a couple times to make sure that there will be no ammonia spike).

I don't have a tank yet and have no hands-on experience yet, but I have done OODLES of research. If you ask me, its always best to wait awhile, with the risk of killing all this livestock that you have money invested into

I think that they mean that it starts the cycling process as soon as its added to the water. Not that its ready to go.
