Just a few...oil, sludge, pollution, parasites, bacteria (the bad kind) and most importantly....JAIL!!! It's almost always illegal to remove sand from the beach. Unless you have the means to go out about 20 miles, and down about 50 feet, then I wouldn't risk it.
