I have been cycling my tank for about three weeks and all my params are perfect cani get a emerald crab or lettuce nudibranch right now??????

Yes, the lettuce nudibranches are reef safe. I would try the crab first, just to make sure, cause the nudi's are a little more sensitive, but that's jmo.
