I have a 100gal flat back hex. Where is the best laocation to pick up the water for the pump and the returns. On top by water level or any where I want?
Depending on pump size.....I pickup the water from the middle of the tank. If your running a large pump like I do it can start a votex (I think that's the word) if you don't have the intake low enough.
