hello all,
Well, just got back from vacation. Had a friend feed fish and top off tank for me.
All looks good except for one of my Green Chromis. It is not schooling with the others and has it's pelvic fins "locked" forward.
let me try to explain that... Normally when the Chromis are swimming around their pelvic fins lay flat along their bellies. They "flare" them out to flash each other, maneuver, etc. This particular one acts like it has lost control of the fins and they are stuck flared forward.
Any ideas? Fish have been in the tank for months. Recently added 3 Blue Reef Chromis, and a Purple Firefish. QT new arrivals for more than 30 days.
Salinity is 33ppm (Refract)
No ammonia
No Nitrite
No Nitrate
Temp 81-82
