I have a Long Tentacle Anemone. I have had it for about 2 weeks and all has been fine. My tank is a Aquapod 24 gallon with Sunpod light fixrure. On Friday night and again tonight, the LTA seemed to deflate and then on Saturday morning, it was back to normal.
Can someone tell me why it does this? Is somthing wrong or is it normal? I read that they will deflate and move if starving, but I have been feeding it with squid and it also has not moved position. Just seemed to deflate and suck back in on itself. Will see tomorrow if all is well again.
My lights are on from 1 pm till 9 pm and my water temp is 78. I had my water tested on Thursday and all was good. Nothing out of the normal. I would ask my LFS but have not had time to get there.
