Long tentacle plate coral

I have this guy for about 1 month and I think it starting to die. I can see the skin disappearing from the edges. Is there anything I can do to maybe bring it back to live.

You could try an iodine dip. Do you target feed? Any other corals? Parameters? Ca, Mag levels? Did it ever inflate?
