Looking for a doser!

I dose about 60 ML a day and I want a doser! I do not want to have a timer and hope the timer dosent fail. I want something like the aquamedic without the price

I am thinking about 100 to 150 max

Dose it have any head lose? So if you plub it 10ft will it run a little slower then 1ml per min?
