I'm going to switch to sand and add a 'fuge. Sand is curing and overflow has been tested.
What I'm looking for is a kit to jumpstart the biodiversity and maturity of my system. Macros, really live sand, maybe some rubble and critters.
I saw one on ---- but it's gone now. I didn't buy it because I wasn't ready for it and I wondered if it was worth $100.
I'm in the capital district, and am pretty much boycotting the only LFS around here. I'm not sure they'd do anything like this anyways. I've seen some posts around here like this and thought I'd reach out to the community for help.
