Looking for Frags in San Francisco

Hi. I am starting my reef tank and looking for cheap or free coral frags to "seed" my tank. I have a 29 gallon with the following specs:
JBJ 2 X 55 Watts PC
1 X 65 Watt PC
Protein Skimmer, External Whisper Filter, Fluval 204
25 lbs of Live Rock with hermit crabs, snail
Orange Riccordia Mushroom, Colt Coral and Mushroom Rock
3 Damsels, 3 Coral Cats
3-4 inch of Live Sand

If someone wants to give you some frags, that's fine, but we really don't allow selling frags here. Only trading.
