besides they are fuzzy pictures, I looking to see if anyone can tell me what the three things are in the picture. I'm guessing yellow sponge?, tiny feather duster and the one I really want to know, no clue.

About the bottom pic... it appears to have some type of appendages.
Are they immobile or fleshy? Do they retract ?
If the appendages do not retract I am thinking Jewel Box category?
I belive that the thing that you "really wanted to know about" is a common hitchiker clam. They are harmless filterfeeders that will extend their feeding tube if left alone for long enough.
