A year ago I made the mistake of buying a scooter Bleenie thinking that my Pod population would sustain him. I was wrong and within a couple months He was dead and my tank was depleted of pods. I have since upgraded to a 125 gallon and still have little to no pods. Is their anyone in the Puget sound area who would mind if I grabbed a few cups of their sand bed that is full of pods and worms. I have star polyps and other polyps and mushrooms that I will trade and will pickup. I have no plans to get another scooter or any other pod lovin fish if that worries anyone, I just want some stuff to help stir my sand bed up.
Thanks

i might be able to supply some caulerpa and sand from my refugium. I have a good bit of amphipods, stars, copenpods, worms, chiton etc.. in there. The LFS around here are selling caulerpa for $10 a handful so i wouldnt go that route. Let me know.

I could also probably hook you up with some sand from my refugium. I have fish in my tank so it is pretty hard to catch pods, etc. Hide in the rock. Also have some calurpar although it's pretty low, just got done with harvesting and nitrates are undetectable. May take a while to grow some up.
