Looking for remote control light switch.

Inwall aquarium...Anyone use a remote control light switch? I'm looking for one so I don't have to run electric to wall. I'll plug the lights in to a ISOBAR in the rear and wish to control them on the other side of the wall(viewing area) with a remote controller. Thoughts?
