Looking for something cool to add to my 125

I currently have a FOWLR and plenty of inverts. I was wondering if there was anything else that would be cool to add. I currently have 3 fire shrimp, 4 cleaner shrimp, nassarius snails, mexican turbo snails, blue leg hermits, mexican red leg hermits, a lavender tang, a flag fin angel, a half black angel, an ocellaris clown, 2 firefish, 2 lyretail anthias, and a long nose butterfly.
I am interested in getting a pom pom crab or two...but what else would be neat and do well with these inhabitants (lighting is my old PC for my 55...need to get a new one, don't I!!!). I have always liked linkia stars, but know that they normally don't do too well in home aquariums.

There are some really cool stars for fish only systems, the red general or a chocolate chip star.

How bout a sea apple? I've always loved how these things look and they are really interesting and peaceful.

They are only supposed to go into seasoned tanks though and are for "experts". So if you feel comfortable with that classification I think would be a cool addition as well as 2 poms poms (just make sure one is female and one is male)
Do you have any urchins?

This would have to be a "no" for 3 reasons...1.) I am NO expert...still a novice at best. 2.) They can, upon death or stress, emit a toxin that can kill fish in my tank. 3.) I have a large angel and a butterfly in my tank, which are said to be "no-no's" with the sea apple.
They look very cool, but I can't risk the rest of my tank for one cool critter...
I am considering an urchin, but my tank really doesn't have much of an algae problem...I have a LOT of hermits (an accident when ordering on-line!!!) that keep things under wraps for me. I am considering a star fish of some kind, maybe some porcelain crabs, and the pom poms that I mentioned...other than that, from what I have been looking at, there isn't a whole lot of inverts that are either good for my tank, safe for my tank, or that would survive in my tank.

If you dont have a lot of rock work, purple lobsters are very cool. But if you have alot of rockwork you'll never see it
maybe a clam would be nice
