I am in the hunt I want to upgrade my lighting time to step up and get some big boy lights :) I only have a one bulb 50/50 t5 Light right now I want to get a 2 bulb with moonlight or something similar to that. I have a 20 Gallon long tank and ive been looking at some post couldnt find a ton of info on the set ups so figured id ask around here. Not looking to spend a FORTUNE but willing to spend a little .. in the 50-150 range for a set up. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks in advance

In that price range you could try checking into the Aquatic Life linkable T5 fixtures. You could get a single fixture (2 bulb) in that size for about $99. And if you decide you want more light down the road you can purchase a second one and they bolt together to make one larger fixture. Only down fall is that they don't come with built in moonlight. But adding some moonlight to the tank wouldn't be that hard and there are plenty of options out there that won't break the bank.

Not too bad.. how do you just "add" the moonlight though if its not in the fixture itself ? I dont want to be cheap but the same time I dont want to spend a fortune on lights its only a small 20 gallon with 3 fish and some frags right now

You could always add some of these R2 solutions moonlights. Stick them right to the fixture.

There are a lot more options available to you for an all in one fixture if you're willing to spend a little more, maybe $200-250 range.
