looks like dry skin(scales miss)

i bought a blue tang couple weeks back and now it looks like it has what i would call dry skin or scales missing, and i've noticed a min ago my tomato clown looks the same wat with scales missing.
and my flame angle looks pale in color. his body is whitish looking
pale not like ich (loose of color only) all act fine and eat well.

well just sat in front of the tank of a while. its ich d@#M
but the flame doesnt look like it has it its just faded???
