Lost a fish today...

Today I came home to find one of my 3 Green Chromis lying on the floor outside my tank! Has this ever happened to anyone else with Green Chromis?

Sorry to hear that---fishicide is so hard to understand--always just leaves us asking WHY? WHY? WHY? would he do something like that.
Don't take it personally
( I'd tighten the lid though in case your others get any ideas)
