I LOST ALL MY FISH TO ICH.
I WASNT ABLE TO GET A QT SO I BOUGHT SOME STUFF AT ***** TO ADD TO THE WATER DAILY BUT IT DIDNT WORK. I THINK THE 2 HERMIT CRABS I GOT GAVE IT TO THEM BUT IM NOT SURE. ALL MY LEVELS ARE PERFECT. I RECENTLY DID ABOUT A 40% WATER CHANGE. DO I STILL HAVE TO CYCLE THE TANK AGAIN? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR MAINTENANCE (WATER CHANGES, FILTER CHANGES) TO KEEP THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN AND HOW OFTEN?

Aw!!
I'm SO sorry to hear that!
I've never had Ich, but if I were you, I'd start EVERYTHING over... Wait until someone else with experience replies, though, I'd hate to be the reason you were out some money.
I'm really sorry to hear about your babies...

The hermit crabs did not give your fish ich. It's usually caused by some sort of stress. It can be caused by a number of things, but many times it can be attributed to water quality. Diet and other factors can cause ich as well. I would suggest posting your water parameters so that people can judge if they are perfect or not.

I Had Two Tang Fish Fighting For A Day But Then I Was Able To Bring One Back. Then It Was Fine For A Couple Of Days Then They Started With The Symptons Then They Just Started Dropping Like Flies.

The only way to prevent this from happening again, is to set up a quarantine tank and quarantine all new fish. Take a look at the info on QT and ich in the Disease Forum, at the top (FAQ).

How old is your tank? Those actually are not "perfect" readings.
