Lost rocks

Thanks to FedEx my live rock will be sitting in Indiana for the weekend. When I finally get it nothing will be alive. I was really looking forward to that shipment too.

I would call them & get a hold of mgt and let them know that due to the nature of the items being delievered that the shipment has been ruined and that you expect them to reimburse you! If the vendor shipping the rock put insurance on it you may be OK?

I talked to the supplier and they said to accept it. Then call them back with the damage and they will file a claim to fedEx for me. Then they will send me a new shipment.

I hope they won't wait for the FedEx claim to settle first before reshipping. That could be months
