my male and female are now picking every last thing out of the nest and last night before the lights went out the male kept on running over this one spot and like fanning it and used his mouth to take all the alage away and there cleaning the shell i hope this is a good sign!

white? I'm lost , you said black, and in the other pics we have it looks orange. Mine never attacks the glass, are you making faces at her or something? Try sneaking up on her, maybe wrap a big blanket around you and sit very still with the camera so she can't see you. You might have to wrap up in the blanket from across the room and then very slowly inch your way over with the camera. Turn off the lights and only have the lights on in the tank, she'll never see you and you'll have all the tube pictures for me... I mean you. :thinking:

Ok, I have to drive home now though. I'll be home in about 45min, I should really pre-approve the blanket camo for you ahead of time. Take a pic of the blanket your planning on using if you could because that will have to an acceptable coloration and not have bold markings that might be scarry looking to her. You don't have a ski mask do you?
