Lots of bubbles in my tank???

I am running 2 400 gallon an hour emperor bio wheels and there just seems to be alot of tiny bubbles. Anyone else have this issue with bio wheels? The water running back into the tank seems to causing the problem. If I go with sump under the tank to clean the h2o will that make it go away..??

I ran 1 biowheel for awhile....It always produced bubbles, I never found a way to stop that after hours of trying
Later I took out the filter when I added live rock/Fuge/Skimmer
All those did the job (if better) then the filter
