Lots of Bubbles

I have a 24 gal nano with about 18 pounds of live rock. I have the stock sponges in the first compartment, lr rubble and chaeto in the second, carbon and the pump in the third. I also have a koralia #2 for more flow. Anyway I have started to notice a lot of little bubbles. I finished my cylce and have added fish so I am wondering what I can do to clear the tank up.

don't know where they come from and what do you mean by "sit" they are just floating around

What I meant by "sit" is do they attach to the walls, rocks, etc.... In any case if its just floating around I would just assume that your powerhead needs to be lower in the water or your nozzle needs to be pointed further downward. I'm referring to the nozzle attached to your return pump. If you have just random bubbles growing on the rocks then you my friend are starting to get cyano bacteria which is a total nightmare.

Yea the bubbles are not attaching to anything. I will try to lower the powerhead and move the pump nozzle. I just assumed they were better to be pointed up to cause more surface ripples
