First pic is the 150, hard to see much inside the tank clearly cause of the size of the tank. lighting is T5 and MH combo. 2nd pic is the 55 with T5 lighting.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments.

Both your tanks are very nice.

More than likely I'm going to go with two 36" Nova Extreme for my 125 tank. I would love MHs, but I'm to worried about the heat, especially here in Phoenix. (I know some of you have them, but even with my small NO lights my tank gets up to 82, I will be adding a fan to my sump though and that should help). But I was also thinking of cost for running them and the whole bit, so it looks like the Nova Extreme would be the best choice for me. Is there anything you don't like about that fixutre, fan noise, white lunar lights? Do you have a picture with just the lunar lights on, or would it even show up?
Edit: I'm assuming with the Nova you can go from Lunar lights, to Actinic, to daylight, back to actinic, then Lunar again, is that right?

Thanks murph, for only a yr old the 150 filled quickly, which was the plan. Lots of big inexpensive pieces just to fill it up and add color. Now i am being more selective, buying less, but maybe paying more, Alot of the corals I have now will be filling up the 55 as i get more confident with hard corals. I still prefer mushrooms and zoos over anything else, so they will stay right where they are.

I have tried taking pics with the moonlights only on, and they just don't turn out. But my light schedule is acentics on first, then both. Then blues on alone again then moonlights all night. To be honest, when I ran just T5's on my 150, I had no heat issues. But my tank is deep so wanted more light penetration, and since i needed to get lights for my 55, i just got a new set for the 150 instead. But on the 55 its a different story, less water volume, so it heats up faster, my tank gets very warm if i don't have a small fan blowing on the water surface, which keeps it at 78. Yours is a bigger tank, so you might not need to have a fan, i didn't use one on my 150 until i got the MH T5 combo, now i use a clip on fan on the sump and keeps my water around 82. (tx is pretty hot also) I think you will like the T5's, I really like mine, and i keep a clam and some hard corals under it.

puffer, thanks for your input. If money were no object then I'd get the best MHs money could buy along with a chiller and since money would not be an issue my much higher electric bill wouldn't be a problem.
BUT, since I live in the "real" world I think the Nova is going to do just fine. Someone else on here said they were able to hang the Novas using piano wire and used the grooves the legs go in to secure it and it seemed to work well, so that's what I will more than likely do when my canopy is done. I also remember reading that the Nova Extreme is supposed to have individual reflectors, but they were not sure when they would come out. I might try one more time to find out more info before ordering, but I don't know how much longer I can wait, I really want to upgrade the lighting.

BTW, what MH/T5 combo do you have on your 150?

I have the Current fixture on my 150. With the T5's and MH combo, its the best of both worlds IMO. The HQI MH bulbs don't run as hot as the other type, and cost less electricty wise to run, and the T5's don't run as hot as PC, so it works for me. With a good fan on my sump, i don't need a chiller thankfully, cause one is not in my budget.
I heard Nova is coming out with the reflectors in july, you might want to wait to them since its only afew months away.
